Cancellation Policy
Please review the following information carefully before booking. Your health and safety are our top priority, If any of the following conditions apply this service may not be suitable for you at this time. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider prior to booking: *Active skin infections or conditions *Severe acne or open sores *Sunburn *Recent chemical peels or exfoliation *Known allergies or sensitivities *Recent Botox or dermal fillers *Pregnancy *Skin cancer or malignant lesions *Eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea *Diabetes *Compromised immune system *Recent waxing or hair removal *High blood pressure or heart conditions *Medications that affect skin sensitivity _________________ Booking & Deposit Policy: * A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment, which will be applied to your service total. *Deposits may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment if it is set within 3 days of the original date (either before or after). Outside of this timeframe, a new deposit will be required. Arrival Policy: *Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to complete the client intake form. You may also download and print the form to fill out prior to your arrival (Available in the "Client Forms" dropdown tab on the home page menu). Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: * A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No-Call, No-Show Policy: *First Occurrence: A $25 no-show fee will be applied. *Second Occurrence: Future appointments will no longer be permitted. Late Arrival Policy: *A 10-minute grace period is offered. After this, a $15 late fee will be added to the service total. *If arrival is delayed by more than 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
