1. Are you a factory or trading company?

2. How is your quality inspection process?
We have a professional QC team to check the quality of each batch of goods to ensure that there will be no problems with the products sent out.
3. What is the after-sale service?
First: To ensure that there is no problem with the quality and quantity, we will strictly check the quantity and quality of the products before shipment to ensure that there is no problem with the quantity and quality. (If there is a problem with the quantity and quality, we will give corresponding compensation).
Second: The goods are safely delivered to the place designated by the customer. If the goods are lost in the middle, we will compensate or reissue them accordingly.

4. How about the sample policy?
Free samples will be sent if we have that in stock. We will charge a low sample fee first for custom products which means we don't have stock and according to customer request to custom. When you make order next time, we will refund the sample fee.
5. Which shipping way is available and how to track?
By express (DHL, FEDEX, EMS, UPS), by Train, by Sea, by Air, Door to Door Service. DDP, DAP Service is available. Safe delivery to home. When the goods are sent out, we will update the logistics information to the customer in time, check the logistics situation and update it to the customer in time, to ensure that the goods arrive at the customer's hands safely and on time to you.
6. Can I make my own logo, private label and what is the MOQ?
We have hundreds of different Makeup Brush products in stock. We can help you print a logo with small quantity, even 1 set can help you print logo for samples. For full custom products (make your own unique makeup brushes), the MOQ is 1 pcs. We can also help you design a free logo, package, and products (you can tell us your ideas). Before we produce, we will send logo or products effect to customer for confirmation. If the customer is not satisfied with the design, we will always help the customer to modify it until they are satisfied.
