Each brush will be packed in a plastic bag, then put brushes in a middle box, two middle boxes packed in a master carton. Or we can make package according to your need.
Sample delivery: 2-3 days if samples available; 7-10 days if we make new sample.
Bulk production: 30-45 days after receive your payment.

Use cleansing water or brush cleanser to dissolve makeup attached to the brush hair.
Wash the brush in bubble water with mild shampoo.
Rinse the brush thoroughly in clean water.
Gently press the brush hair with facial paper or a towel to dry it. Then lay the brush flat in a shady, well-ventilated place until it is completely dry.

1. How about your sample policy?
We provide 3-5pcs free samples from stock. For custom-made or revised samples, it takes 7-10 days to be finished. The client is responsible for paying sample shipping/freight charges. If you require more quantity, a sample fee will apply.
2. What is the sample delivery time?
Available stock samples are delivered within 2-3 days. Newly produced or customized samples require 7-10 days to complete.
3. Which shipping ways are available and how can I track them?
Orders can be shipped by sea to your nearest port, by air to your nearest airport, or via express couriers (DHL, FedEx, TNT) directly to your door. Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the real-time shipping status.
4. What should I do if my package has missing products?
Please contact our support team immediately. We will confirm your order details and verify the package contents to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5. Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union, and AliExpress payment options for sample fees. For bulk production orders, we accept T/T bank transfers.
6. How should I wash and clean the makeup brushes?
First, dissolve makeup using brush cleanser or cleansing water. Wash the brush gently in bubble water mixed with mild shampoo, then rinse thoroughly in clean water. Finally, press the brush hairs gently with a towel to remove excess water and lay it flat in a shaded, well-ventilated area to dry.
