A: Yes, our products have passed compliance certifications in mainstream global markets, and we can provide copies of certification certificates and testing reports. For different regions such as the European Union, North America, and Southeast Asia, we update certifications according to local regulations. Before placing an order, you can inform us of the specific target market, and our customer service will verify the corresponding compliance documents.
Q2: Do you support OEM/ODM customization? What are the customization process and cycle?
A: We support both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) customization. Process: Customer provides requirements (drawings/samples/parameters) → We quote and propose a sampling plan → Customer pays the sampling fee and we produce samples (5-7 working days) → Sample confirmation → Sign contract and pay advance payment → Mass production (15-30 working days, adjusted based on order quantity) → Quality inspection and shipment.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can mixed batches be accepted?
A: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for regular products is 100 pieces per style, while for customized products, it is 3000 pieces per style. We support mixed batches of different styles within the same category, with a MOQ requirement of ≥200 pieces for mixed batches. Specific details can be negotiated and adjusted. For small-batch trial orders, please contact customer service to apply for special policies.
Logistics and Customs Clearance
Q4: What international logistics methods are supported? What are the delivery times and costs?
A: We offer three logistics solutions on demand: 1. Commercial express delivery (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-7 working days, suitable for urgent orders and small items, with fees calculated based on weight and volume; 2. Air freight: 7-15 working days, offering a balanced cost-performance ratio, suitable for medium-volume orders; 3. Sea freight: 30-45 working days, suitable for large-value wholesale orders, with the lowest fees. We can facilitate the initial transportation for Amazon FBA and overseas warehouses, including labeling and warehousing services.
Q5: Who is responsible for the customs clearance taxes and fees? Can customs clearance documents be provided?
A: The default price does not include customs duties (except for DDP terms), and taxes and fees are borne by the recipient. Before placing an order, you can inform us of the target country/region, and we will assist in estimating the taxes and fees. Commercial invoices and packing lists will be provided with the goods. If special documents such as certificates of origin, fumigation certificates, customs declarations, etc. are required, they can be arranged through negotiation, and a small service fee may be charged for some documents.
