We are a factory specialized in the makeup sponge. Our products cover different cosmetic puffs such as latex-free makeup sponges, NR makeup sponges, SBR makeup sponges, NBR makeup sponges, ruby cell cushion puffs, silicon puffs, cotton puffs etc. Our products are exported to different countries.

We set up the factory in 2014 and we are a family-owned company. In 2014, we only produced the latex makeup sponge. We use NR, SBR, NBR material to make the cosmetic sponge with different shapes. In early 2015, we began to make latex-free cosmetic sponges and silicon puffs. To expand the product line, in late 2015, we set up another factory to produce ruby cell cushion puffs specially.

With the area of over 8000 square meters, we have over 100 workers and the integrated system for research and development, production, supply and marketing. OEM and ODM services can be offered. We can print the client's Logo and make the mold and samples according to the client's requirement and design.

For the equipment, we have all the equipment for the production: 1 boiler, 3 foaming machines, 2 autoclaves, 3 washing machines, 3 vertical cutting machines, 2 horizontal cutting machines, 4 hydraulic press machines, 4 drying machines, 25 edge sanding machines. All these machines ensure the good lead time. The production capacity is around 3 million to 4 million pieces per month.
